To become more visible we've organized a small promotional campaign. In Miłki and Giżycko area you could see the posters around and hear us in the local radio Planeta FM. That's how people got to know about the festival and our actions :).

Pasta with olive oil, garlic, onion and bacon
Ingredients: Pasta 500g, Bacon 200g, 3 onions, Garlic, Basil, salt, pepper
1. Cut onions into cubes, smash garlic
2. Cut bacon into small pieces
3. Heat up oil, fry onion with garlic
4. Boil water for pasta
5. Add bacon to onion and fry for few minutes
6. Add salt, pepper and basil
7. Mix it with pasta.
Penne al Cartoccia:
mushrooms, onions, peppers, bacon, Garlic, Tomato sauce, fresh cream, salt and pepper, basil
Fry onions and garlic. Then put peppers (green, yellow, red) and continue to cook until the peppers are done. Add mushrooms and bacon and stir well until mushrooms get cooked. Put tomato sauce, fresh cream and basil. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
Boil water with salt and oil. Boil pasta for about 8-10 minutes. When it’s ready mix it with sauce and put it on an oven dish, put some mozzarella and cover with the foil. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and serve.
Salmon sauce for Pasta
Fry onions and garlic in oil until the color is brown. Throw the salmon chunks, mix a bit. Add some vodka and mix again. Pepper + salt. When the salmon looks a bit shrunk add fresh cream and parsley. Mix it all together. Taste to know the best time to switch off. Do not let the sauce to dry!!!
Pork with mushroom sauce
Ingredients: pork, wine, onions, garlic, potatoes, mushrooms, cream or yogurt, mustard, cheese
Mix mustard with wine. Put it on the chopped pork and start frying.Sauce: chop onions, mushrooms and garlic, fry them. Blend and put cream inside. Boil potatoes, cut across and put garlic and herbs inside. Cover with cheese and bake in the oven. Bon appetite!
Baked pork& potato
Cut potatoes in sliced pieces. Put them in a dish. Cut the same clean cuts on the Pork meat chunk.Put mustard inside the cuts. Put the pork in the dish with potatoes, fill the dish with soaking/floating water. Add wine, pepper, salt basil, onion and garlic. Bake it in the oven until potatoes are golden brown and meat is soft to eat
Chicken curry with rice – Thomas Style
Ingredients: 600g chicken, 400g rice, 4 carrots, 1 apple, curry, salt, pepper, onions, wine, potatoes,Clean the meat and chop it. Chop the onions, carrots and apple. Fry the onions, then add chicken, curry, carrots and wine. Sauce it. Boil the rice. Done
Pork with wine and vegetables
Ingredients: pork, cauliflower, carrot, spices, red wine, onion
1. Cut pork into small cubes
2. Cut onion
3. Mix pork with onion
4. Heat oil
5. Fry meat with onion 5-10 minutes
6. Add a small amount of red wine
7. Reduce wine and fluid
8. Add vegetables, fry for a whileAdd red wine, cover and boil for 10 minutes. Add water if necessary
Ingredients: potatoes, mushrooms, onion, olive oil, salt and pepper, fresh cheese
1. Cut the onion and potatoes in cubes
2. Fry onion in oil and put potatoes. Leave to cook for a while.
3. Add some white wine to cover and leave until potatoes are cooked.
4. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook a little more.
5. Turn of the fire, mix ingredients with fresh cheeseAdd some olive oil.
Marinated mustard pork with mushrooms and basil sauce with potato egg
Fry the onions and garlic. Add chicken and mushrooms. After its cooked add some fresh cream.Cut potatoes in small pieces. When it’s done add the eggs and you can eat :)
Baked ribs with barbeque sauce and chips, royal eggs:
1,5 ribs, garlic, red wine, barbeque sauce, ketchup, honey, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, eggs, mustard, potatoes
First we prepare marinate for meat. We use garlic, 2 kinds of wine, herbs, salt and pepper. We leave to absorb the meat. Meanwhile, we pill potatoes slice them for chips and fry. We fry the ribs for 5 minutes so that the sauce is sealed in to the meat. After we put the ribs and marinate into the oven for 20 minutes. Sauce – barbeque sauce, mustard, ketchup, honey.
